‍Shihas - Natural Lines is more than a project; it's a sanctuary where the lines of man-made design and natural beauty blur, creating a living experience that is both luxurious and grounding. Design Elements‍‍

The design of the vertical tower rising with the unique sea and Kuwait view is combined with the harmony of orthogonal lines and organic lines. These two different architectural languages are combined in a single project. It combines modern architectural lines, function and geometry inspired by nature.‍

Materials Used‍

In the twin towers, which have a rich material scale: quality, usefulness and elegant material selections were given great importance. With natural materials coming to the forefront in the landscape and lux, noble and stylish material preferences in the interior, very different material harmonies were designed. Especially in the grand lobby area, a stylish, noble and luxurious atmosphere was added to the interior with LED panels, shiny metallic walls and floor coverings, which were not seen very often before.‍

Sustainability

For a project of this scale to be designed in a sustainable, zero-energy and efficient way, the passive sustainable system must be designed in the most ideal way. The green areas offered to the user in the design, which gives importance to green and ventilation, contribute to the natural wind circulation in the middle area. The design, supported by natural materials, supports natural coolness and ventilation with shaded and courtyard areas created to adapt to the hot and arid desert climate.
